Thank you for shopping with Zamcart. We are committed to providing a secure and reliable UAE marketplace experience. This policy explains how replacements are handled for eligible products.
Replacement Eligibility
- Incorrect item delivered
- Damaged or broken product
- Faulty or defective item
- Missing accessories or incomplete package
Complaint Timeframe
- Complaints accepted within 30 days of delivery
- 0–7 days: Free replacement eligible
- After 7 days: Case review may apply
Replacement Process
- Contact support with order details
- Share photo or video proof of the issue
- Verification by our support team
- Approved cases will receive replacement support
Depending on the product category, replacements may be arranged through direct reshipment or pickup support.
Important Notes
- Products should be kept in original packaging whenever possible
- Replacement processing may take up to 14 business days
- Requests based on change of mind are not accepted
Refund Policy
Zamcart currently does not offer standard refunds. Eligible issues are resolved through replacement support only.
